Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a diligent Remote Aviation Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to aviation laws and company policies. You will monitor regulatory changes, conduct audits, and develop compliance strategies while collaborating with management to mitigate risks.

This fully remote position supports global operations. You will work independently, interpreting international and local regulations, and implement corrective actions with clear reporting and documentation, serving clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, or related field.
Experience as Aviation Compliance Specialist or similar regulatory role.
Strong knowledge of international and local aviation laws and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret evolving aviation regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments across various operational areas.
Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
Investigate compliance discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage compliance documentation.
Provide guidance and support to operational staff on compliance matters.
