Job summary

Placements24 seeks a detail-oriented Remote Aviation Compliance Analyst to ensure aviation operations meet ICAO, SA-CAA and other regulations. This fully remote role involves monitoring regulations, audits, and policy development.

You will work independently across time zones, support internal teams with regulatory requirements, and prepare for external audits. A Bachelor's in Aviation Management and 4+ years in compliance are required. Bonuses and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation compliance, regulatory affairs, or safety management.
In-depth knowledge of local and international aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, SA-CAA).
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulatory texts.
Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Monitor changes in aviation regulations and assess impact on operations.
Conduct internal audits and reviews for safety, security, and operational standards.
Develop and maintain compliance documentation, policies, and procedures.
Assist in preparing for external regulatory audits and inspections.
Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Provide guidance to operational teams on regulatory requirements.
