This role is critical in ensuring that warranty claims are accurately submitted, processed efficiently, and approved in a timely manner, thereby maximizing reimbursement from manufacturers. You will liaise between the service department, technicians, and warranty providers, meticulously reviewing repair orders and claim documentation. This position is ideal for an individual with strong administrative skills, a thorough understanding of automotive warranty policies, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, maintaining compliance and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately review, process, and submit automotive warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines.
