Responsibilities

• Review, process, and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure all submissions are complete and supported by documentation and repair orders.
• Follow up on outstanding claims, address discrepancies, and resolve rejections promptly.
• Maintain organized digital records of all warranty claims, payments, and correspondence.
• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and warranty company representatives.
