Job summary

Placements24 is actively seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to focus on the automotive sector. This remote, contract role involves building talent pipelines, using advanced search techniques, and collaborating with recruiters to meet client needs in South Africa.

You will engage with potential candidates, screen profiles, and maintain ATS data while contributing to market intelligence and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sourcer or Talent Sourcing Specialist with automotive focus.
• Strong sourcing tools knowledge, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray searches.
• Excellent research, communication, and data accuracy.
• Ability to work remotely in contract capacity and manage time independently.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for automotive roles.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key automotive positions.
• Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements and fit.
• Engage candidates with compelling outreach messages and assess initial interest.
• Screen candidate profiles and resumes for alignment with specs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.
• Contribute to market intelligence by tracking talent trends.
