As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be instrumental in building talent pipelines, utilizing advanced search techniques, and collaborating closely with recruitment teams and hiring managers to meet client demands. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, X-ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online platforms, to identify qualified candidates for automotive roles.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key positions within the automotive industry, such as engineers, designers, technicians, and manufacturing specialists.
• Partner with Recruiters and Account Managers to understand job requirements, essential skills, and cultural fit for specific vacancies.
• Engage with potential candidates through compelling outreach messages, building rapport and assessing initial interest and suitability.
• Screen candidate profiles and resumes to ensure alignment with job specifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Contribute to market intelligence by tracking talent trends and competitor activity within the automotive sector.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the initial engagement phase.
• Attend virtual industry events or webinars to expand sourcing networks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sourcer, Talent Sourcing Specialist, or Recruiter with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Demonstrated expertise in using various sourcing tools and techniques, particularly for technical and specialized roles within the automotive industry.
• Excellent understanding of the automotive sector and its key talent needs.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
