Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Automotive Software Developer specializing in Embedded Systems. You will design, develop, test, and debug embedded software for automotive control units and infotainment systems using C/C++.

Qualifications

6+ years of embedded software development, with a focus on automotive applications.
Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
Hands-on experience with real-time operating systems (QNX, AUTOSAR OS, FreeRTOS).
Familiarity with CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet protocols.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and debug embedded software for automotive control units and infotainment systems using C/C++.
Implement and optimize RTOS for performance and reliability.
Develop and integrate software components using CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
Participate in full SDLC: requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, maintenance.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to define software requirements and integration.
Conduct code reviews, static analysis, and unit testing to ensure quality.
Troubleshoot defects identified during development and testing.
Contribute to improving software development processes and methodologies.
