Placements24 is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join a fully remote team supporting Paarl-based projects in Western Cape. You will prepare detailed drawings, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with architects and designers via digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has a National Diploma in Architectural Technology, at least five years' experience, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Remote work requires strong self-motivation and clear communication.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Architectural Technology required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technician or Draughtsperson.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using BIM software.
• Ensure all technical drawings adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project teams, architects, and engineers through online channels.
• Assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary design information.
• Conduct technical reviews of designs and documentation.
