Placements24 is seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to contribute to a range of projects remotely. You will translate design concepts into precise drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and BIM tools, ensuring accuracy and clarity for distributed teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or BIM software.
Excellent understanding of drafting conventions and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time for remote work.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations from sketches and markups.
Create and update construction documents including floor plans and site plans.
Ensure drawings comply with project specs, codes, and industry standards.
Maintain organized digital drawing files and project documentation.
Collaborate with project teams remotely to resolve drafting issues.
