Qualifications

• Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and SA building regulations.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve technical queries and design challenges.
• Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize BIM software and other CAD tools for efficient design and documentation.
• Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on drawings and specifications.
