Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Architectural Drafter to produce detailed architectural drawings and technical documents for South Africa-based projects. You will translate sketches into precise CAD drawings, ensure compliance with codes, and maintain organized digital archives while collaborating online with architects.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and a good understanding of BIM principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.
Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate digital models and technical documentation.
