Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Architectural BIM Manager to lead BIM efforts across a national portfolio. You will establish standards, manage models, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams from anywhere, driving efficiency and collaboration.

The role requires 8+ years in BIM management and expertise in Revit/Navisworks, with a strong focus on ISO 19650 and BIM execution plans. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management and architectural design.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BIM execution plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
