Placements24 is seeking an experienced AI Operations (AIOps) Engineer to join its global team. The role is fully remote and focuses on leveraging AI/ML to enhance IT operations, automate processes, and improve system reliability.

You will implement and manage AIOps platforms, analyze operational data, build predictive models, and collaborate across IT, DevOps, and security to drive proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT operations, DevOps, or systems administration with a focus on AIOps.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and monitoring/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and manage AIOps platforms and tools.
• Develop ML models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis in IT systems.
• Analyze large volumes of operational data (logs, metrics, traces) to identify performance bottlenecks and potential issues.
• Automate IT operational tasks and workflows using AI-driven insights and scripting.
