Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented AI Operations Specialist to join our distributed team. This remote role focuses on monitoring AI model performance, managing deployments, and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability of AI systems.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement operational improvements, develop documentation, and support scalable AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field required.
• Experience in system operations, IT support, or MLOps.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and health of AI models and systems in production.
• Manage the deployment and lifecycle of machine learning models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI infrastructure and model performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI operations processes and procedures.
