Placements24 is seeking a Remote AI Platform Developer to join a distributed engineering team. You will design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure supporting ML workflows, collaborating with AI scientists and engineers worldwide in a fully remote setting.

The role requires strong cloud, containerization, and software engineering practices, with a focus on robust platform delivery and performance. Excellent communication enables effective remote collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of software development in cloud platforms.
• Proficient in Python, Go or Java.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• MLOps familiarity.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based AI infrastructure and platforms.
• Implement and manage containerization solutions for AI workloads.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment and management.
• Build and maintain APIs and services for interacting with AI models and data.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to understand platform needs.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of the AI platform through monitoring and troubleshooting.
