Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to spearhead advanced AI initiatives. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a world-class team of AI professionals.
You will guide the technical direction, mentoring junior engineers, and driving the design and implementation of complex machine learning systems. You will lead a team, collaborate with product managers to shape AI roadmaps, and ensure scalable and reliable ML
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in CS/AI or related quantitative field.
- 7+ years in AI/ML, with 2+ years in lead roles.
- Expertise in ML algorithms, DL frameworks, and MLOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models.
- Mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and foster growth.
- Collaborate with product to define AI roadmaps and requirements.
- Ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient AI solutions.
- Drive adoption of new AI technologies and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality delivery.
