CleverProfits LLC is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to support internal AI initiatives and broader operational work. The role is hybrid, emphasizing AI project reliability, adoption, and value delivery, while also supporting day-to-day operations across the team.

You will build and operate AI tools, ensure projects land and scale, and participate in workflows from finance to client management. A strong interest in AI and process improvement is essential for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Background in software engineering, computer science, AI development, or building AI ventures.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms beyond surface-level familiarity.
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI automation projects from concept to completion with clear ownership and timelines.
• Run quality checks and smoke tests on new internal AI tools, document issues, and coordinate fixes.
• Track tool adoption and ROI with dashboards and surface insights for scaling or sunset decisions.
• Maintain the internal pipeline for tracking AI projects, ensuring accurate statuses and smooth intake processes.
• Support pilot rollouts with checklists, communication plans, and cross-team coordination.
• Learn day-to-day operations including finance, client management, compliance, and workflows, identifying automation value and inefficiencies.
