Job summary

Placements24 are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead a distributed, fully remote software delivery team. You will guide sprints, backlogs, and continuous improvement while championing Agile best practices in a virtual environment.

The role requires strong facilitation and coaching skills, plus practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency with Jira and Confluence. A CSM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience in fully remote project environments with virtual tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog with product owners and teams.
• Remove impediments and aid progress toward sprint goals.
• Track progress with Agile metrics and provide transparent reporting.
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team and drive continuous improvement.
