Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Manager to lead software development initiatives. You will guide teams through the full SDLC, ensure timely delivery, and bridge technical and business goals in a distributed, collaborative environment.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence. A proactive communicator with 3–5 years of PM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence).
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

Manage planning, execution, and delivery of software projects using Agile methodologies.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and align on scope.
Track progress, identify roadblocks, and implement timely solutions.
Ensure clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and update stakeholders on status and milestones.
