Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Agile Project Manager to drive agile transformation and lead software development projects. This role emphasizes servant leadership, guiding Scrum teams, and ensuring delivery of high-quality software in a distributed setting.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, track progress, and partner with stakeholders to improve velocity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is required.
• Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage project scope, timelines and resources using Agile methodologies.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain progress and productivity.
