Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Agile Transformation initiatives in a fully remote capacity. You will drive the adoption of Agile methodologies, coach teams, and champion continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in project or programme management with 4+ years leading Agile transformations, Scrum Master cert required, PMP-ACP preferred. You will partner with leaders to deliver measurable change in a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or programme management
• 4+ years leading Agile transformations
• Scrum Master certification required; PMP-ACP preferred
• Experience managing distributed workforce
• Remote facilitation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Develop transformation roadmaps with milestones and success metrics.
• Coach cross-functional teams on Scrum, Kanban and Agile values.
• Facilitate workshops and planning sessions for distributed teams.
• Identify impediments and drive solutions for Agile adoption.
• Measure progress and report impact of transformation efforts.
