Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Project Manager to lead Agile software development projects in a distributed environment. You will guide teams, manage backlogs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of software products across time zones.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Agile project management, strong Scrum/Kanban expertise, and excellent communication. Remote work is fully supported with collaboration tools and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master with software teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent remote communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack or similar tools.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories for the development team.
• Track progress, identify impediments, and remove blockers.
• Foster a high-performing, remote team environment across time zones.
• Communicate with product owners, stakeholders, and teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
