You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to achieve volume while keeping quality high.

This full-time role is remote (South Africa) with the chance to build a strong client network and contribute to a fast-growing agency.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and managing your pipeline.

Aufgaben

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
