Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel: researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to build clean contact lists, maintain CRM hygiene and hand off opportunities to Account Executives. This is a remote role in South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
