Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota attainment preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS background a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools for multi-channel outreach.
• Comfortable managing your own sales pipeline in CRM.
• Gritty, curious and coachable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
