Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role involves thoughtful outbound outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high

Qualificações

• B2B sales experience preferred and quota-bearing is valued.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with sales team.
