Qualifications

• Extensive experience in adventure tourism operations, preferably in a guiding or coordination role.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, vet, and onboard qualified and enthusiastic adventure tour guides.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering safety, customer service, and local knowledge.
• Create and manage detailed tour schedules, ensuring optimal guide allocation and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guides, providing ongoing support, feedback, and problem resolution.
• Ensure all guides adhere to safety protocols, company standards, and environmental best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align tour offerings with customer demand and operational capacity.
