Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations/community management or related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and engage remote teams or communities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with online platforms, CRM systems, and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of tour guides.
• Develop guidelines and training materials for guide excellence.
• Manage communication channels and foster a strong guide community.
• Monitor guide performance, collect feedback, and implement QA measures.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guide experience and platform features.
