Pathfinders Consulting Pty (LTD) is seeking an Advancing Financial Adviser to join its national adviser network. This commission-based role offers remote-friendly work and a path to become an Experienced Financial Adviser, with ongoing support and accreditation.

You will provide financial planning and advice to clients in South Africa, build lasting relationships, and drive growth within a flexible national footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months financial planning experience.
• Long Term Insurance Class of Business (COB) knowledge or certification preferred.
• Regulatory exam for representatives (RE5) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning advice aligned to FAIS and FSCA standards.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service expectations.
• Complete required product accreditations, including COB.
• Maintain honesty and integrity in line with professional standards.
