Pathfinders Consulting Pty (LTD) is seeking an Advancing Financial Adviser to join their national adviser network in a commission-based, remote-friendly role in Cape Town.

The position focuses on providing financial planning and advice to clients across South Africa, building lasting relationships and growing a client base while meeting regulatory requirements and pursuing a clear growth path toward becoming a fully Experienced Financial Adviser.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months financial planning experience.
• Long Term Insurance COB completed.
• Diploma or degree (advantageous).
• Passed RE5 regulatory examination (advantageous).
• Able to meet FSCA Fit and Proper personal character requirements.
• Self-motivated, target driven, and passionate about client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning advice aligned to FAIS and FSCA fit and proper requirements.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships through regular engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service expectations.
• Complete required product accreditations, including Long Term Insurance COB.
• Maintain personal character, honesty and integrity in line with Fit and Proper standards.

Our Client, a leading financial services provider, is looking for an Advancing Financial Adviser to join their national adviser network. This is a commission based, remote friendly opportunity for a driven, customer focused individual who wants to build a long term career in financial planning and advice.

About the Role

As an Advancing Financial Adviser, you will provide financial planning and advice to clients, build lasting relationships, and grow a client base across South Africa. Our Client offers ongoing support, product accreditation, and a clear growth path toward becoming a fully Experienced Financial Adviser.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning advice aligned to FAIS and FSCA fit and proper requirements

Requirements
