Job summary

Our Client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking an Advancing Financial Adviser to join its national adviser network. The role is commission-based and remote-friendly, offering a pathway to a long-term career in financial planning and advice.

You will provide financial planning and advice to clients across South Africa, build lasting relationships, and complete product accreditations while meeting FSCA Fit and Proper requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months financial planning experience.
• Long Term Insurance COB completed.
• Recognised diploma or degree (advantageous).
• Regulatory RE5 examination completed (advantageous).
• FSCA Fit and Proper personal character requirements must be met.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and passionate about client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning advice aligned to FAIS and FSCA fit and proper requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service expectations.
• Complete required product accreditations, including Long Term Insurance Class of Business (COB).
• Maintain personal character, honesty and integrity in line with Fit and Proper standards.
