Curated Heritage Financial Services is seeking experienced Independent Financial Advisers in Cape Town. The role offers a hybrid working model with onboarding support and access to 120+ providers, including Old Mutual and Discovery.

You will build your own practice, manage commissions, and leverage warm leads with full compliance support. Ideal candidates have RE5, FSCA recognition, and a proven track record of earnings.

Curated Heritage Financial Services is looking for experienced Financial Advisers who are ready to take control of their careers and earnings.

Operating under Fairbairn Consult (FCF069), a member of the Old Mutual Group, we provide true independence with access to over 120 leading financial product providers, including Old Mutual, Discovery, Sanlam, Momentum, PPS, Allan Gray, Glacier, BrightRock, Coronation and many more.

If you're an established adviser looking to escape product restrictions and build a long-term practice with full support, this opportunity is for you.

Commission Structure

Your own clients: 70% to you | 30% agency

Agency-generated leads: 50% / 50%

The more business you generate yourself, the more you earn.

Minimum Requirements

• RE5 (Essential)
• Minimum 120 NQF Level 5 credits (FSCA recognised)
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Financial Adviser
• Proven commission earnings of R30,000+ per month
• 90%+ persistency
• Comfortable working on a commission-only model from Month 3
• Strong networking, prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Old Mutual, Discovery, Sanlam, Momentum, Liberty, PSG or similar will be advantageous.
