rag-talent in South Africa is seeking self-motivated Financial Advisors to join its expanding national network. You will assess clients' protection and investment needs, provide sound financial advice, and implement tailored solutions while working remotely or from local franchise offices.

The role involves networking, onboarding clients, and maintaining regulatory compliance under the FSP license, with a guaranteed stipend for initial months and generous uncapped commissions thereafter.

Qualifications

• Matric is required for employment.
• RE5 qualification is essential.
• FSB recognised qualification or credits compatible with first industry appointment.
• Must meet FAIS Fit and Proper criteria.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to identify client protection, investment, and lifestyle requirements.
• Provide holistic financial advice and recommend wealth and risk products from the company portfolio.
• Generate new business leads through active networking and prospecting.
• Build and manage client relationships for long-term goal alignment and account retention.
• Seamlessly onboard new clients and integrate existing books into the franchise system.
• Maintain regulatory compliance under the FSP license.
