Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers to drive pipeline. This is a remote position within South Africa, with focus on thoughtful outreach rather than cold spam.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or equivalent.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach and craft thoughtful messages.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline and CRM records.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
