Jobgether seeks an i2nd Level Supporter - E-banking for remote freelance engagement. You will deliver advanced technical help for digital banking services, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate escalations while communicating with customers in German and French.

You will document investigations, support processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements in a fast-paced IT support environment.

Formación

Several years of experience in technical customer support.
Strong knowledge of hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
Good understanding of IT security and IAM technologies, 2FA/MFA, and directory services.
Experience with log analysis, structured troubleshooting, remote-support tools, and ticketing systems.
Familiarity with ISP products and services.

Responsabilidades

Provide second-level technical support for digital banking services and e-banking platforms.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents affecting banking applications.
Manage incident and problem tickets with timely follow-up.
Provide customer assistance in German and French by phone.
Handle requests via telephone, email, and remote-access tools per SLAs.
