Job summary

Custom Connect seeks a German-speaking Customer Support Executive to join an international campaign. You will be the first contact for business clients and parking customers, navigating inquiries with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.

You will handle queries in German and English across chat, email, and voice, escalate Level 2 issues, and contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and strong English communication required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Zendesk is advantageous.
• Comfort with chat, social media, and AI tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer support in German and English via Zendesk.
• Assist customers through chat, email, and voice channels.
• Handle Level 2 queries and tickets and resolve escalations.
• Investigate PCN appeals and related issues.
• Build knowledge of client products and services for accurate responses.
• Maintain positive relationships with business clients and parking customers.
• Engage professionally across platforms and uphold customer satisfaction.
