Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations based in South Africa. The role focuses on investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions to improve operation stability for critical banking applications.

You will monitor and configure applications, manage user access, and contribute to automation and continuous service improvement in collaboration with developers and IT teams.

Competenze

• Experience in IT application support or operations in enterprise/financial services.
• Knowledge of incident and problem management and IT service management processes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking.
• Analytical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Technical understanding of application environments and monitoring.

• Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
