Craven Cottage CC in Hoedspruit is seeking an experienced Spa Manager/Senior Spa Therapist to assist with daily spa operations and guest care. You will lead therapists, oversee bookings, stock control, and maintain hygiene standards.

The role requires a Somatology qualification, 7+ years in spa roles (5 as Therapist, 2 as Senior Therapist) and a drive to deliver exceptional service in a luxury setting. Cycle 6 weeks on / 2 off applies.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a Spa Therapist and 2 years as a Senior Spa Therapist.
• Experience in a high-end spa, luxury hotel or lodge environment preferred.
• Strong treatment skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Good leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to work a cycle of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
