Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment Limited is seeking a Relief/Assistant Spa Manager for a luxury game lodge near Hoedspruit to oversee daily spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead the therapist team, coordinate bookings and staff schedules, manage stock and retail, maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest hygiene standards, and handle guest enquiries with professionalism. The role requires flexibility and a 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off cycle.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Somatology.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, including 5 years as a Spa Therapist and 2 years as a Senior Spa Therapist.
• Experience in a high-end spa, luxury hotel or lodge environment preferred.
• Strong guest service and leadership.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to work a cycle of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
