FNB invites applications for the Branch Advisor role in Bloemfontein, as part of the FirstRand Group. The position focuses on delivering compliant financial advice to walk-in and existing clients within a high-volume branch, aligned with FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance standards.

You will build lasting client relationships, educate customers on banking platforms, and meet sales and service targets while maintaining accurate records and contributing to regional growth in Mangaung and surrounding

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments in financial services.
