Job summary

FNB invites applications for Branch Advisor roles within the Mangaung region, aimed at delivering compliant financial guidance in a high-volume branch. You will educate customers on banking platforms, build lasting relationships, and meet sales, service, and compliance targets in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF principles.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
