Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, or Customer Service.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support.

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and responsive.
