Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF 4 is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support in financial services.
• Strong FAIS, TCF knowledge and client-centric advice principles.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service, and compliance targets.
