Job summary

Expeditors International is seeking a Technology Support professional to deliver operational tech support for MAIR. You will troubleshoot systems, assist with deployments of IT infrastructure, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure service health. A strong customer service mindset and ability to work across regions are essential.

Responsibilities include incident handling, documentation, and collaboration with CHQ technology teams to maintain standard practices and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on IT support, infrastructure, or enterprise tech experience.
• Strong understanding of end-user computing, enterprise apps, networks, servers, and OS.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused service mindset with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for technology support across the MAIR region.
• Perform initial assessment, troubleshooting, classification and resolution of incidents and requests, owning issues to closure.
• Support District Management in setting up IT infrastructure for new offices and warehouses per MAIR guidance.
• Support system and service stability by responding to incidents and monitoring issues.
• Coordinate and assist GT designates and teams to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Follow global and regional processes, standards, and controls for reliable operations.
• Contribute to meeting SLAs, KPIs, and MAIR support expectations.
• Prepare and manage the annual Global Technology budget and oversee IT asset lifecycle.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users about issues, progress, risks, and resolutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and regional/CHQ teams to optimize technology use.
