We have an opportunity for a Warehouse IT/OT Technology Associate to join our team in Johannesburg. The Warehouse IT/OT Technology Associate is responsible for providing onsite technical support for end-user devices, asset management, and hands-on support for a broad range of IT and OT equipment. This includes laptops, RF scanners, office and label printers, WMS and TMS first-line support, network infrastructure, video conferencing equipment, mobile devices, wireless LAN, and other end-user technologies. The role primarily focuses on delivering services that require a physical onsite presence, while collaborating closely with remote support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Warehouse IT/OT Technology Associate serves as a key liaison and escalation point for business stakeholders within a designated geographical location, bridging the gap between onsite operations and centrally managed IT services.
