Job summary

Maersk is hiring a Warehouse IT/OT Technology Associate to provide onsite technical support for end-user devices, asset management and hands-on OT/IT equipment. You will support laptops, RF scanners, printers, WMS/TMS and network gear while coordinating with remote teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of IT infrastructure experience in warehousing, WLAN, Citrix and ServiceNow, with ITIL/CCNA certifications and a proactive, service‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on IT infrastructure support, ideally in logistics/warehousing.
• Strong end-user device support including laptops, mobile devices and printers.
• Good WLAN/Wi‑Fi setup knowledge and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own first-line response and recovery for OT incidents affecting operations.
• Provide triage and rapid escalation to AOT.
• Maintain warehouse tech stack, devices, connectivity and local systems.
• Act as on-site support during incidents, deployments and changes.
• Record issues and root causes for feedback to engineering and support teams.
• Coordinate local IT/OT infrastructure projects and hardware rollouts.
• Ensure CMDB is updated with end-user devices and changes.
