Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As an SDR, you will craft outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain Salesforce/SalesLoft records and work remotely from anywhere in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with quota attainment.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Excellent written communication and outreach personalization.
• Familiar with outbound tools and sequence execution.
• Comfortable managing your own Salesforce CRM pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
