The role requires compliance with FAIS and strong people leadership. You will mentor, train and motivate the team, resolve escalations, and align strategies with business objectives to expand market share and deliver superior

Competenze

• Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate.
• FAIS Compliant in Non-life Commercial product category.
• Minimum of 2 years in non-life insurance (primarily in Commercial Underwriting).
• 3–5 years experience in Direct sales providing B2C solutions.
