Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• FAIS compliance with a Financial Planning certificate and 120 credits minimum NQF level 5.
• RE 5 level 1 passed.
• Experience as a sales manager preferred.
• Accredited on all PFA products and optional products.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and direction to implement the function's strategy and business plan.
• Develop and manage customer relationships with identified decision-makers.
• Sell complex product-and-services solutions meeting mid- to long-term needs.
• Create sales opportunities through personal networks and representing the organization.
• Manage and report on performance of a diverse team; set objectives and take corrective actions.
• Oversee operational area with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Promote customer focus and collaborate with other departments.
• Key account management for mid-tier to multinational clients.
• Prospect for potential accounts and manage budgeting.
• Plan and implement development actions for the team and CPD requirements.
