Placements24 is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple retail stores in Upington, Northern Cape. You will drive operational excellence, profitability, and brand standards across the region, combining strategic leadership with hands-on store oversight.

This executive role requires a strong background in retail management, P&L oversight, inventory control, staff development, and a proven track record of delivering sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years in retail management, with at least 3 years in multi-site/regional operations.
• Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and achieving operational targets in retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in retail management software and P&L analysis.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within the region.
• Drive sales performance and profitability for all stores, implementing strategies to meet targets.
• Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Manage inventory levels, minimize stock loss, and optimize merchandising within stores.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store management teams and staff.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage regional budgets, control expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Implement and monitor KPIs for store operations.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and exceptional service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify regional opportunities.
